What to Expect During a Morpheus8 Treatment
We do everything we can to make you as comfortable as possible during your Morpheus8 RF microneedling procedure. We use a superior topical anesthetic to numb your skin prior to treatment, and we also offer Pro-Nox™, an analgesic that delivers a mixture of 50% oxygen and 50% nitrous oxide that you can control yourself. In addition, we provide a relaxing atmosphere and your personal choice of music or television to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
If you have a darker skin type, we will pre-treat your skin with lighteners to avoid pigmentation. Once you’re numbed and prepped, your provider will pass the Morpheus8 handheld device over your face. As the device goes over your skin, the microneedles work to remodel the deep layers of the skin. The amount of discomfort will depend on your personal pain threshold. Many patients find the procedure to be very tolerable, especially with numbing cream and Pro-Nox.
